Note: Items returned must be in new, unused and undamaged condition or the return will be denied. Custom items such as personalized address plaques and discontinued items are non-returnable, non-refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please contact our office at 877-838-BEAR (2327) within 30 days of delivery of your items to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items will not be accepted by our Receiving Department without an RMA number clearly displayed on the outside packaging. Returned items will not be accepted past 30 days from the date of delivery.

Process for returning merchandise:

Return all products in original packaging, and pack them securely. Consider insuring your package, as you are responsible for the safe, undamaged return of the merchandise.
Include your name, address and contact information so we may properly handle your refund or exchange.
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside packaging.
