Bear Creek Bronze warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Due to the hand-made nature of our products, slight variations in each item are expected and appreciated, and not a negative reflection of our quality of work.

The purchaser or installer is responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery and prior to installation. No returns or adjustments will be allowed after installation.

Note: Bear Creek Bronze products are manufactured with the premise of allowing the natural aging or “patina” process to occur. With the exception of address plaques, house numbers or items with our rich oil rubbed bronze finish. We are not responsible for alterations to our products caused by the use of any chemicals.

Exlusions from warranty:

Any Bear Creek Bronze product that has been damaged as a result of installation.
Any Bear Creek Bronze product that has been modified by any non-Bear Creek Bronze component.
Discoloration in product caused by or deemed a direct result of environmental factors outside the control of Bear Creek Bronze.
